This TV episode I found on the internet in .avi format has digital corruption problems while recording I guess. Picture gets scrambled for a second and returns to normal and repeats the cycle after a time. Seems like water got into the wiring and messed the picture up. Problems persist throughout the episode. Is there anything that could fix the problems?

Frame by frame Rotoscope is always an option. Could take weeks.

Ok thanks. I have this other episode on DVD that was taped on TV in EP mode. Can it be improved? If so how? I'm not able to tape this show again.
