    Ok.. I Live in the Uk. And i have just bought a DC60. When i click on NTSC ( America ) I get a clear picture, but its black and white. So when i try and switch to pal_b ( Uk ) i get colour but the screen freezes and then goes black. I can see the colour but the easycap doesnt carry on recording. I need help please!

    There have been quite a few threads here about the same exact issue. Do a search for "Easycap PAL" and you will see them all.
    Most of these threads end up the same...the Easycap things cannot capture anything but a genuine NTSC or PAL signal.

  3. You may be out of luck. PAL60 uses a 60Hz NTSC luma channel with PAL chroma channels. So NTSC caps get a black and white picture, no color. PAL capture devices can't sync to the 60 Hz luma because they are looking for 50 Hz.

    Pal60 = yes (Yutube Easycap DC60 search)

    That video has nothing to do with PAL60....so why watch it?
