I installed MPC and ffdshow, 2 problems in MPC, first when I click on "File" in the menu it takes a while before the menu shows like it's freezing but all of the other menus show fine. Next, I am hearing only the audio of all flv videos and the video themselves doesn not show, when I open any flv video for the first time, I get this error

Warning: Media Player Classic could not render some of the pins in the graph, you may not have the needed codecs or filters installed on the system.

The following pins failed to find a connectable filter:
Then it would show the video title and details, help?

I don't see that option in Codecs or any other of the menus on the left of ffdshow properties? Where in your interface is that option supposed to be located please?

Somethings up here, first, when I open ffdshow, that is definitely not the interface I am seeing. Next, I downloaded the FLVSplitter zip file and when I open it all I am seeing is a file named FLVSplitter.ax, is this correct?

I think you have a very old version of ffdshow, www.ffdshow.info , the clsid generic build work fine or try the SSE build -> http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=173941&package_id=199416&release_id=439938 .
