can not remux after demux

I demuxed a vob file and got a m2v, and two ac3 files. then I used Imagomuxer and muxman to remux these files. Basically I wanted to change the order of the two ac3 files. both imagomuxer and muxman couldn't accept the ac3 files. can s.o. know why and help? thankyou

What did you demux with?

You can try run the ac3 files through ac3fixgui and see if it works better.

Yeah, how did you demux? If the AC3 is in a VOB file, it's compliant and Muxman should accept it when remuxed. Use DGIndex maybe and File->Create Project and Demux Video. That'll also give you the M2V and 2 audio files.

Better might be to change the order in the original DVD (if this is a DVD you're starting with) using PGCEdit, rather than doing it how you are. Here's a guide:
