I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem I'm having when capturing TV with my Mercury TV card. I watch the programme as it's recording and the sound coming through the headphones is fine, but when I play back the clip, there is a hiss and a high pitched whine that almost drowns out the sound.
It doesn't happen when I play a DVD on the pc, just on stuff I've captured.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Most capture cards use an audio out from the capture card to an input on the audio card. I'd suspect a faulty connection, a bad cable, or simply bad hardware.

I've checked the connections but never even gave a thought that the cable may be faulty, doh! I'll try replacing that before I ditch the card. Thanks!
