It's like a 4-pin cd audio cable on one side and a 3.5mm jack on the other. I think it's the only way I can record and listen on my PC, using the specific Leadtek TV2000 capture card I have. I don't have a sound card and I don't have AUX or CD IN on my motherboard. I have intergrated sound that I will plug the jack side of the cable in. The other side will plug directly into the capture card.

you can make one. If you keep old computer stuff around you may have the 4 pin wire just need the jack. If you have a long enough wire with the jack strip the other side and just put plugin pins. Fry's or radio shack have the stuff. I guess they are called componant pins or something .
