there are no evidence of error in log

where is the crash ?

about at 67% of first pass .... windows close the program cause of an error .. this is weird .. if its a small video it works good

please be sure that your system is rock solid, no overclocked and with good ram

I think its an error with the FFMPEG

please try to update the x264.exe (from the \exe\encoder folder) with latest one from http://x264.nl

it worked now without using ts cutter before so the prob is with ts cutter

so what options do I use so nothing change in my video ...

just try to make a big avi, then cut avi with virtualdub
