Can two files (movies) be burnt to one single DL disc using ImgBuurn ?

Sure if they are authored together.
Or you can burn them onto it in separate folders but you won't be able to watch both of them on a standalone player.

If you are just copying AVI/DivX files to a disc as data, yes. If you have DVD VIDEO_TS folders, no.
