Req. .rv to .wmv converter or .rv player

I require a converter that could convert the .rv(real video) files to .wmv .

If this is not possible, I would like to request for a media player. Which can play .rv files at increased speed. For example, how window media player can run .wmv files at increased or decreased speed. Real player plays .rv files at increased speed but the player mutes the file. I need a player that would not mute the file. Because I want both audio and video speeds to be increased.

I shall be very thankful.
