This guide might have the answer you are looking for: http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/guides/VobBlanker/adding_menus/index.htm

	Put simply:
 1. Reauthor your M2V and audio (Muxman)
 2. Open the original DVD in VobBlanker
 3. Highlight the VTS containing the movie so it appears in the lower screen
 4. Highlight the video in the lower screen and hit the Replace button to the right
 5. Scroll to your newly authored DVD
 6. Blank out (remove) anything you don't want from the original DVD - anything from FBI warnings to extras
 7. Process
