I am looking for an easy way to capture just audio from internet flash videos. Currently I use Firefox and DownloadHelper to capture video and then TMPGEnc to strip out the audio. I'd was wondering if there is a app available that will allow me to do this in one step, preffablely within IE7?

What I do is I download the flash video using Flashgot (firefox addon) then use Ultra Mobile 3gp Video converter to convert the flash video to almost any audio format.

Go to CNET
Downloads section
Download "FREE SOUND RECORDER"
It Records any SOUND, MUSIC etc. That you hear through your computer speakers. A GREAT PROGRAM! -
personally I'd rather demux than cap to retain as much quality as possible
