I have a Canon HV30 Camcorder and have just shot my first HD video. I tried capturing into Studio 11+ and found that in the resulting m2v file, after 10 mins or so, the audio and video were becoming out of sync. This was a problem I used to have when capturing DV files into an earlier version of Studio. I resolved by using a free tool called WinDV to capture the video and it was always in sync. But WinDV does not work with HDV. Does anyone know of an equivalent tool for HDV (or an alternative method to capture HDV)? I took a look at HDVSplit, but it produces m2t files that Pinnacle 11 does not recognize.
