Replacing audio in MKV file without re-encoding?

well crud, now that I have encoded my first MKV from a Blu-Ray source, I realized that I made a huge mistake. When following the directions from here ( https://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/how-to-convert-a-bluray-disc-into-a-mkv-720p-fi...e-t362452.html ) I now realize that I grabbed the wrong audio source and what is playing on my screen is the background audio (doors closing, shoes walking, etc). I still have the RAW Blu-Ray data on my HDD so I can extract the proper audio track with Eac3to again. Is there a program that will allow me to put the "new" audio track into my existing file without completely re-encoding? My PC is pretty slow and it took almost 2 days to complete the encode (I don't really want to go through that again). Thanks for any help

To put it in the mkv, use mkvmergegui, checkmark the wanted tracks, uncheckmark the unwanted tracks
