my dads wanting a 12v Freesat/SKY reciever for caravan

he has dish and tripod etc but needs a 12v reciever

ALSO

he plans to run 3 cables (from the House SKY Dish) on a Quad LnB to:-
1. FreesatHD in living room
2. SKY in backroom
3. Freesat in Kitchen

is this poss off the one 75cm dish?
