I have a .m2ts file which has audio but some pixelation in Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic Home Cinema.

PowerDVD8 Ultra plays the video fine but there is no audio.

Please can I have help in getting the audio to play in PowerDVD8 Ultra?

I have another .m2ts file which plays fine with video AND audio in PowerDVD8 Ultra so I am not sure what the difference is between the two .m2ts files.

    Thank you

The m2ts may contain several audio tracks or the default track may be empty.

m2ts files are usually a part of the blu-ray/avchd video content and shouldn't really be played alone...

Hi Baldrick and thank you for your precious time....

If this is the case how does WMP play the audio?
Is it simply because WMP works in a different way to PowerDVD8 Ultra?

I have the full BD rip.
What would be the best method to play it?
