Hi, I want to cut out part from a rmvb,
I can use rmeditor to do that for some rmvb files,
but for some other rmvb files, rmeditor return
"Error: The input file contains an unsupported codec. This file can not be edited."
example unsupported codec get from media player classic:
Audio: AAC 44100Hz stereo
Video: RealVideo 4 704x396 25.00fps 776Kbps
(1) Can I fix the problem by install new codec ?
(2) I get the rmeditor long time ago, I don't know its version because it don't show it. Is there some new version of rmeditor can do the job ?
(3) Is there any other simple software can do the job ? I don't want re-encode, convert-format, etc.
Thanks for help in advance.

easy real media editor 1.73 (free)
Sometimes, when your file is damaged, it will be difficult to edit. - you often have to cut out the bad segements then append them. I suspect that the files you are having problems with are damaged. -
Thanks for help. I will try that software.
I think the problem don't come from "damaged file", the files come from different sources and they all can play back normally. -
I'm adding a tool link to easy realmedia editor (it is included in easy realmedia producer).
