Hi, I am doing a project where I have to video a Skype conversation- the shot has to show the caller at their computer while on the call. We are shooting with a Panasonic MiniDV camera - Model AG-DVX100Ap.
My question is what shutter speed to use in the camera so I don't get the "rolling effect" of the computer screen in our finished footage?
thanks alot for the help,

Is that all there is?

Start with monitor at 60Hz and shutter at 1/60th sec. If these are static shots (little motion) try 1/30th sec.
