What are you trying to do with it ?
How and on what are you going to watch it ?
Do you have a HD TV ?
If so, do you have your PC connected to it ?

If you don't have a Blu-ray player, PS3, Xbox360 or HDTV, then you have just wasted 8GB of download, as you will have to convert the file to standard DVD format to watch it, and will lose any and all advantages of the 1080p format.

It's not Blu-Ray, it was just ripped from a Blu-Ray source. If it was compatible with a Blu-Ray disc player it would be tagged as AVCHD.

You could probably watch it on a PC monitor if you installed the right software and codecs but I don't think your PC hardware is quite up to it. You could also convert the file to AVCHD but it requires a bit of effort.

  5. Get a WD TV HD Media Player or a Popcorn Hour. Then you can probably (depending on the container) watch it in HD on an HDTV.
