Sorry for my bad english.
I tried to dub a VHS tape to DVD. The tape has several sync issues.
Players: Panasonic HV-HS860, JVC HR-S7600
Recorders: Pioneer DVR-433H, Sony RDR-HX750 (Pioneer clone)
The TBC on the players are OFF, because that distort the picture on this tape.
The framedrop is present on the Sony and the Pioneer too.

The 10th and the 11th frame is same...
I tried passthru the video on a Sony DCR-TRV110 digital8 camcorder, was not framedrop there, but the brigtness changing continuously up and down (AGC?).
I have a JVC DR-MH20 recorder too, but the recorder's TBC distort the picture like the VHS players...
