Why is that? When I watch only cable tv (coaxial cable) the picture is clear. But when I watch satellite (scart) I can see sometimes contours of the program on cable tv. It shows through. Not so much but its noticeable. And its moving from left to right.

When I turn on my satellite reciever its on AV1 and I have an old TV. Not hdtv, not lcd, not plasma. Simple colour tv.
