  1. Can anybody help. I am using VCD gear GUI v0.02 too covert .dat files into .mpeg files. But I am having a problem trying to covert this one file it is saying that it can't find the .dat file that I have selected. But the .dat files plays fine in windows media player or any other player when I play the cd forn the cd-rom drive. This is the only VCD that I have had this problem with and I do not why. Please sombody help me.

  2. I hope this doesnt sound stupid, but u are actually authoring them properly, arent you?

You can just burn .dat files onto a CD, you have to do it properly, try using a program like Nero, or TSCV (nero is best for beginners)

Hope that helps if not, just reply back.

  4. Sorry mate, completely mis read the question.

I have never used VCD gear. Try using TMPGEnc instead, maybe that will work
