    help me solve or direct me to the forum dealing with the trend on some newer dvds of imbedding the audio tracks.
    i'm a anydvd/dvdshrink 3.2 person. I remember a long time ago people would post problems denoted by phrasing like found

    I have no idea what you are talking about when you say "imbedding (sic) the audio tracks".

    DVDs over the past 2 years or so have had an newer type of encryption added that is effectively an introduced corruption of the DVD structure. Old decrypters like DVD Shrink cannot properly rip these discs, and if the do manage to rip something to the HDD, it is invariably broken and produces errors on playback or conversion. While DVD Shrink still has a role to play for many of us, ripping discs is not one of them.

    Use DVDFab HD Decrypter for ripping, then use Shrink to re-author if necessary.

    lazearoo is using AnyDVD, though, so DVD Shrink shouldn't have a problem, in theory. Although I don't know what 'imbedded audio tracks' means, either.

    lazearoo: Just to be sure, are you using the latest version of AnyDVD?
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
