My capture device seems to record ONLY at 16:9, which is a bit unfortunate. It's not so bad when watching stuff on TV, since I can change the TV's resolution on the fly, but that doesn't mean anything regarding the capture device. It stretches out 3:4 images to 16:9.
Is there a program that can scrunch 16:9 up to 3:4?

It can't. I've thought to look at options and such already. And it's HD PVR.
