Fastest way to burn using DVDA 5 - disk image or DAR file?

I have a bunch of video's for work I have to burn and want to know what is the fastest way to burn them. I might have it all screwed up but need to ask anyway - is a disk image of the program a faster way to burn than a .dar. Thx

Won't make much difference, assuming you have done whatever else you need to do to the videos first.

There is no speed difference between burning raw files and burning an ISO.
