Can anyone recommend a total editing and burning solution for DVD's? I'm very new to video editing, but I'm willing to invest some money to do it right. I bought a Sony VAIO with a DVD Burner and I have Adobe Premiere and DVDit! Pro. I have not been happy at all with DVDit, as it has caused me many all-nighters, error codes, and I have yet to sucessfully burn a DVD. I've been looking at Pinnacle's DVD1000, but I'd rather get an outside opinion before I blow $1500. The total solution idea is appealing. According to Pinnacle, you can also CAPTURE in MPEG2, so I wouldn't have to start transcoding a 12 minute clip before I go to sleep anymore. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dennis
