Hey guys,
I was wondering how do you crop a widescreen video into normal 4:3 format using super.
I know you can force the aspect ratio to 4:3, but this will only stretch the video rather than removing the excess on both sides.
You can also manually crop it by choosing the amount of pixels to cut out, by this is too tedious as I have many vidos needed to be converted to normal ratio.
I was wondering if there was an easy method of doing this?
Thanks.

4:3 is only normal ratio for video shot in 4:3 or movies shot in 1.33 : 1. For anything shot wider, what you are asking is butchery.
That said, there is no simple way to automate the process with SUPER. In fact, I don't know of any tools that will batch process widescreen material back to the crude sort of Pan and Scan that you are asking for. Depending on the width, each video will likely need a different amount removed.Read my blog here.
