    Hi All,

I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 where I just edited the MPEG 2 file, what happens is that there is a full red frame that shows intermittently in my footage (which causes sudden red flashes in the video ).
My source was ripped from DVD and I changed it extension from (.VOB) to (.MPG), My footage is 23 minutes long and every thing is going fine except those 4 sudden red flashes (red frames). When I export my footage from timeline to (.WMV) format or DVD, the sudden red flashes still show up.

    Anyone have an idea?

If you still have the ripped version, use VOB2MPG to correctly extract the video form the VOBs. Renaming VOBs to MPGs does not create mpegs, and the extra data contained in VOBs can cause issues for other programs.
