i have a movie file of 56 minutes in avi format. i'm trying to burn it using nero 5.5.5.1. i start up nero, choose "vcd", drag and drop the file, nero does its own conversion...and then when i go file > burn cd, nero starts cacheing the files and then displays in the burning window "C:\File location : Not enough memory"
I just dont get it why such a thing would happen, or is it nero's inability to deal with files in avi format?
any help would be appreciated,
cheers

Have you thought about upgrading to 5.5.7.2 and seeing if it makes any difference? I burn DivX AVI files to CD-R all the time, no problems.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
