I am trying to use tsMuxer to create an AVCHD disc of a movie using a video track from an HD broadcast that I downloaded and the audio track that I ripped from my copy of the same movie on DVD. However, the video track starts a little after it does on the DVD version, so to make them line up properly I would have to start the audio about two seconds early. (Or delay the video by about 2 seconds) Does anyone know how I could properly synchronize both tracks?

If the audio is AC3, work out the delay (to the millisecond) then use AC3DelayCut to fix adjust the audio before running it through TSMuxer
