I'm a newbie so forgive my ignorance. I have downloaded a movie in H.264/MPEG-4 AVC format. I would like to convert it to DVD so I can play in on my stand alone DVD Player. Everything I can find about H.264 talks about how great it is and converting other formats to it. I need to go the other way.

Any help would be appreciated....but, don't assume I know a lot.

    Thanks,

You might try one of the all-in-one converters from our 'Tools' page. FAVC, AVStoDVD, Avi2Dvd.

Those are all fairly easy to use freeware programs. If you look to the bottom of their toolpages, there are usually guides listed.

    Or other similar programs: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/all-in-one-dvd-converters

    And welcome to our forums.
