Hello,
I have tried the following region code hack without any luck.
When I press the REPEAT button (tried both):
... the following icon appears on the screen:
I have a region B/2 player.
Help!

ALL Samsung players currently sold everywhere in the world are locked and cannot be made region free. I'm sorry, but there is no help for you.

Countless posts here and other forums...all complaining about hacks not working on their Samsung players. Posts started occurring before Christmas.

DVD players from Australia region 4 can be made region free for there is a law in in Australia that we in the eu or us do not have. Protecting the right of consumers to shop freely around the globe.
So what we owners of BD-P1500 with region other than region 4 need to do is find wiz kid that can port region 4 firmware to other regions, or patch firmware to region 0.
