    Hi Guys:

This is my first visit here. Hope somebody will reply on my question. I have downloaded the movie files from UTORRENT.com and after I have completed the download the video file is on .CBR file format.

Is there any converter for this kind of file?

Thank you and I hope I have posted my inquiry on the right forum. I seem to be lost inside this website. You have a huge topics here.

    Good day!

Are you sure it is a movie ?

.cbr is usually used for comic books that have been scanned as sperate jpeg files, then zipped into a single archive with the CBR extension. These can then be viewed with something like CDisplay ( http://www.geocities.com/davidayton/CDisplay ) or Jomic ( http://jomic.sourceforge.net/ )

The only way to convert this file to a video would be to unzip it, then use something like photostory to put all the still pages into a video format.

    Hi:

Thank you very big for your reply. I think it was a movie file. I have downloaded that file from TORRENT. System says DOWNLOAD COMPLETE. When i clicked it and played it with WINDOWS MOVIE PLAYER CLASSIC, message was "UNABLE TO READ". But this procedure works PERFECTLY on my friends PC. After the download, video will run smoothly.

Hayyyyy! Anyway, thank you Boss for the reply. I guess I will have to go back using LIMEWIRE for the movies and other stuff!

    Bye bye!
