I've been having this trouble for quite some time now, I've uploaded a few videos on YouTube and some of those appeared desynchronised with the sound (see here: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=QL43i0WWQeM ) while the uploaded video from my machine plays very well (tried with VLC and WMP).
