I'm using Adobe Encore CS4, and really like it. But is there a way to create more advanced buttons with cool rollover effects, such as glows, etc.? Thus far, I've only been able to make simple bullets or blocky rollovers. I've seen plenty of movies with excellent menu buttons, even some in which the buttons are animated.
Thanks for any help!

Glows and other effects can be easily created in any graphics programs, from photoshop to paint.net. Encore integrates with Photoshop, so that is probably what it uses to create these effects. If you don't have Photoshop you can use another graphics tool and import it.
Animated buttons are in fact video clips embedded into the background image and are usually best created in a video editor.Read my blog here.
