    Hello,

I am using avi.net to convert my DVD collection in order to view them using XBOX 360.
It was going well for the first few of them until I reach the following problem.
The subtitles are not displaying on the video stream.
When I look at the files that avi.net created I can see the subtitle file but when I select it in the program it self it shows nothing.

    Any one have any idea?

    Thanks in advance...

I guess you are making burned in subtitles? Do not select the Make external subtitles as they are not supported in the xbox 360.

If that wont work you can try autogk and see if it works better.

burned in subs works in avi.Net but like Baldrick said you need to uncheck "make external subs", if the subtitle position is too low or high in the video for your, you can use fairuse wizard and select the the position/height the subs will appear, otherwise avi.Net does it very well

    Thanks for your reply...

I am not selecting the Make external subtitles option.

The subtitles won't appear after the movie was indexed. Is it not a matter of external or not. They do not appear at all.
This doesn't happen with all of them, only with some. And these are the orginal DVDs.
Would it be possible to be an issue with the fonts?

DVD subtitles are images so it can't be a font problem. I guess it's a problem with avi.net then....are you using latest version? If so I don't see any other option than report it as a bug to the creator and wait for a new release....or to use something else.
