Transfer files from Mac to Tivo

I'd like to be able to transfer video files from my Mac to be able to watch on my Tivo. I have no idea how many different methods there are (I think that I can stream my iTunes library and I think that I can transfer video files directly...but don't know how to or if those are the best ways).

Any good software to help me do that? Any good tutorials online?

Toast 10 has includes a new application called Mac2TiVo. www.roxio.com

Does this stream or move files to the actual Tivo? What format do the videos need to be converted to?

This is brand new and Roxio has little info about Mac2TiVo at this point. There is a brief description at http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/toast/titanium/watch.html along with a screen shot. I suggest giving it a try by purchasing Toast 10 as a download from Roxio. Roxio has a 30-day refund policy if you decide not to keep it.
