The following link contains two small sections of a video file which are differently encoded.

When I use Nero burning room to make VCD, it said that '01a.mpg' is invalid in format while '01b.mpg' is the right format. However, I have checked that both files are:
352x288 (PAL) @ 25 fps
Bitrate: 1150000bps
Audio: 224 kbps
Would anyone please tell me what is wrong in format with '01a.mpg'??

Thanks very much![]()

Excuse me, I forgot to say that '01a.mpg' was encoded using TMPEGEnc 2.5 with Video-CD PAL template and '01b.mpg' was re-encoded using Ulead Video Studio 6.
