    What is your goal with the avi? edit or play on your computer?

    You can try the free Avidemux, open the vro, under video choose xvid, under audio choose mp3, save as an avi.

    Or try other all-in-one converters like super, tmpgenc xpress, etc. See our tools list under all-in-one video convertes.
