.viv files convertion!!!

Can anybody tell me in details how can I convert .viv movie files into another movie player format such as .rm/.avi/.mpg/.mpeg and most desirable VCD format. Many thanks in advance!!!

well lots of people could tell you but it would probably be better if you just clicked the word convert on the left and read it for yourself.

the only format not covered in the guides is .viv (tivo files i think).

sorry i misread the question.

i just did a quick check and there is nothing (nothing popular at least) that converts vivo files right now. your 2 options are basically to either use a screen capture program like camtasia or to play it back to your TV and capture it with a capture card.
