    Hello,
    I have a few mpegs that show wrong time. For example one of them has 30 seconds, and when I open it in Media Player Classic, it says it has 17 minutes. It's annoying because I can't use fast forward (or backward) properly.
    I found some tools, but before trying I want to ask what is the best tool for this thing (if any)

    )

    thanks

    depends what kind of errors the files have. You may first try to demux them with PVAStrumento or ProjectX. They may correct file structure without re-encoding, if the faults are not critical. Then remux streams with MuxMan - it accepts only standard video frame size, though.
