I have a movie and I am trying to convert it from MPEG2 to MPEG1 so I can burn it as a VCD. I am using TMPGENC to convert it however once It converts to MPEG1 there is pretty bad audio synch problems - a few seconds behind the video. Has anybody successfully converted it or does somebody know what I need to do to correct this? I have already tried to encode it after converting the audio to wav with VirtualDub. Thanks

As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
