    From time to time I download p2p torrent videos. What is the best software available to burn these videos to dvd playable on any dvd player?

    For conversions from most formats, ConvertXToDVD seems about the easiest. For freeware, try FAVC.
    If you are just burning a ISO/image/BIN/CUE file, try ImgBurn.
