    To put it simply, I really like my Philips 5982 for the sake of the ability to use the USB to watch just about anything. Have been trying to track down something with DivX + USB + Recorder. Any suggestions/ideas?

    I never used the USB port but the DVDR part was quite nice.
    I believe Future Shop used to sell it but I couldn't find it on their website now.
