    Hi all.

    I am using a TV card (Hauppauge PVR 500MCE) in WinXP MCE which requires a 'video decoder' to be installed on the computer.

    Can anyone guide me as to where I can download and install it? (I dont know what a video decoder is).

    It mean's you need to install a DVD Player like PowerDVD, WinDVD, nVDVD just name a few.
