Let me describe my problems.
- AlltoAVI and a bunch of other video conversion programs doesn't want to convert my MKV files...
- So I have to use WinAvi to convert mkv into wmv/mp4 so I may import it to my zune/XBOX 360
- Which was fine for the first 17 episodes of this anime series, in which the streams were ordered English/Japanese.
- However the episodes past that point were ordered Japanese/English, so when I use WinAvi to convert them, it only catches the first audio stream, which was japanese.
I've tried to convert it to a DVD using ConvertXToDVD then to WMV using WinAvi...but I encounter messed up video/audio.
So this Is what I want to know. Is there a way to reorder the streams on a MKV? That would be the simplest solution to my problem.

You can try remove the japanese audio stream using mkvtoolnix.
