  1. Can someone help me out here? I just installed the full K-lite codec pack and it looks like ffdshow is configured correctly. Can someone tell me how I get H264 video files to work? Right now I get a "can not render file" error.

    Uninstall klite and just install the latest ffdshow.

  4. Install MPCHC instead. It has many more built-in source filters and decoders. Otherwise it's similar to MPC.
