hello,i have an old Panasonic recorder model dmr E30 which broke.I have many discs that i have not finalised yet and do not work on other machines.Do you know if some current Panasonic recorder model can work with these discs?

Yes any newer Panny will play/finalize your disc.
Depending on what you mean by "broke" if your machine is grinding when writing to DVD then a simple spindle cleaning may be all that is needed. -
