I have been looking at this site for a long time now and still cant get a good vcd to come out now. The movie has a continious pause about every 2 seconds. Every single cd I make does this. The sound and video both does it. I convert with TMPGEnc and I burn with NERO. I have been playing with the settings and still have no luck. Could my brit. be to high or be to low? Its about 1150.What about vbr our cbr. I thought I been converting the frame rate wrong but I dont think thats it. If I have a avi or divx with a 29 frame rate dont I convert it to 29. I even just used a regular ntsc template and dont chang the settings and still does it. Can someone help me. Ill try anything. Any reply will help. If you use TMPGE and you can make good vcd's that doesn't do this. Let me know what your settings are for a regular vcd ntsc. And yes I looked to the left, it doesn't help.If you reply, thanks a bunch!

Have you tried using the VCD template that came with TMPEGnc?

does your DVD player support vcd?
does your player support CD-R or CD-RW?
Have your tried more then one brand of CD-R or CD-RW?
