Does anyone a software program that lets me cut bits out of songs? So i can change the length of the song? Im sorry if this has been posted before and if it does not make much sence. Thanks in advance

CDWav Editor. It's free and simple to use. It's essentially a cutter, not an editor, but will do the job.
