Hi,
I have a dvcproHD quicktime file that somebody else output from a final cut pro. The problem is, though the footage was shot at 23.98p and cut at 23.98p, it's been output at 29.97psf. The final cut pro seems to have preformed this conversion by inserting a strange pulldown that, if counted in fields, moves 2,2,2,4 instead of 2,3,2,3. As you can imagine this looks quite jerky. It's been color timed this way, so going back into the final cut pro and outputting properly isn't an option.
Does anybody know of a program that will remove this type of cadence and get me back to 23.98 without interpolating the frames?
